- Players know better... quit making excuses. At 18-22 you know what is right and what is wrong... but so do the agents! Coaches should coach

- Recognize and utilize technology to help people age in place. Currently Medicare, Medicaid and LTC insurers don't understand the savings that can be realized through using technology to help caregivers know when assistance is needed.
